Stapleford Granary (Formerly Bury Farm) : A home for all good things!
Stapleford Granary, Stapleford, Cambridge, is the new home of the ACE Foundation and ACE Cultural Tours. These beautiful 19th century farm buildings are being converted into a study centre for music, the arts and culture. The plan includes two performance/ exhibition areas as well as smaller classrooms, workshops and community spaces. The former Granary, with its excellent acoustics enhanced by the Douglas fir flooring and local gault brick walls, will make a wonderful recital and lecture hall. In addition to its long-established and highly regarded music education activities, ACE is developing a full programme of courses, lectures and events covering art, literature, history, archaeology and natural history, all to be held at Stapleford Granary.
Set in sweeping rural landscape, Stapleford Granary is an inspiring space for a broad range of educational activities for all age groups. The tranquillity of the site, together with its accessibility, make Stapleford Granary ideal for those wishing to escape the hectic rush of the everyday in order to develop and learn. It is a place where anyone with artistic or cultural interests – from beginner to top expert – will feel at home.
