Spend a day singing and learning with leading Jazz Singer Brigitte Beraha. Take part in a jazz choir, receive coaching on jazz standards, learn scat singing and sing along with a rhythm section. Jazz sheet music will be available to browse at the Wood, Wind & Reed trade stand. Join the musicians from Jazz day to demonstrate what you have learnt in a concert at the end of the day for family and friends. We hope you will join us for what promises to be a refreshing and inspiring day.
Brigitte Beraha Biography
Talking about Brigitte Beraha Dame Cleo Laine and John Dankworth CBE said ‘If sheer talent were the only ingredient needed for success in music, Brigitte would already be up there with the stars.’
She studied Music at Kingsway College, Classical and Contemporary music at Goldsmiths College, and Jazz at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with teachers and artists such as Simon Purcell, Pete Churchill, Lee Gibson, Scott Stroman, Jason Rebello, Rufus Reid and Stan Sulzman.

St Faith's is close to Cambridge City Centre and the Railway station. The Trumpington Park and Ride is approximately 5 minutes from our site and the nearest motorway junction is Junction 11 of the M11, again about 5 minutes drive from the school grounds. There is limited parking on site and nearby street parking.
